Job Title : Reservation Executive

Job Description : Reservation & Ticketing, Providing Information to passengers regarding, delays, cancellations etc.

Educational & Professional Requirements

Graduates (including candidates who have appeared for their final year exams and awaiting results).

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

* People with confidence and ability to handle customers and provide only the best customer service.

* The job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers over the phone for booking, reservations, ticketing and handling customer queries, informing customers of flight exceptions & complaint handling.

* Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging 24x 7 environment and requires working in shifts, including night shift.

* Fluency in additional regional Indian languages will be given preference.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

TRANSITION CAPTAIN (Job Code: TC1)

* Captains holding valid and current Indian ATPL or equivalent

* Minimum total flying experience 2500 hrs

* Minimum total PIC flying experience 1000 hrs

* Minimum total PIC flying experience on JET/Turboprops 500 hrs

* Maximum age limit 55 years

SENIOR FIRST OFFICERS (Job Code: SF01)

* Holding valid and current Indian ATPL or equivalent

* Minimum total flying experience 2500 hrs

* Maximum age limit 55 years
