SMSgupshup Complaints

Some of my friends joined SMS GupShup but they can not receive Messages from SMS GupShup. I 've sent a Complaint Email to SMSGupShup and the reply e-mail that I 've receeived from SMSGupShup can be read below.

From your email we understand that you are not receiving messages.

We regret to inform you that we are facing some technical issues [ Airtel numbers] that are causing this problem. It has been forwarded to the concerned department & our engineers are looking into it. We hope to address the technical problem in short time.
