Kingfisher Airlines Customer Care - Good or Bad

My experience with Kingfisher Airlines: I have booked my Kingfisher Airlines flight ticket for Saturday, May 14, 2011 (that is to say it will depart on May 14, 2011) Bangalore to Kolkata flight. The flight was one hour delay. I received one hour delay news on my mobile via sms. Flight from Bangalore to Kolkata was quite good and beyond expectation. In front of my seat I can watch TV, I can change to any Movies that I want. Flight was fast and smooth. I have reached Kolkata on time. As my flight schedule I was supposed to flight the next day from kolkata to Aizawl (Mizoram). Unfortunately Kingfisher Airlines flight was cancelled and postponed to the next day. I did not want to spend one whole day in Kolkata wasting my time. I went to Kingfisher Airlines office and they told me to get up early in the moring at around 4:00Am and to go to Kingfisher Airlines office. So the next day, I woke up at 3:30Am and I went to Kingfisher Airlines Office and I told them I want to go today and want flight ticket today itself. Me and two gilrs who are working in Kingfisher Airlines went to Air India (Indian Airlines) and without paying any extra money they (Kingfisher Airlines) arranged my flight ticket with Air India Airlines and I reached Aizawl (Mizoram) on time. According to my experience, Kingfisher Airlines is the best. Kingfisher Airlines care their customers very well.
